How do you invoice? Fixed Costs or Hourly Costs
We understand the need for clients to know their costs upfront. Therefore over 98% of the projects we do are on fixed costs and timeline. What tools do you use for managing the projects?
We have used many popular project management tools in the industry. Internally, we use Zoho Projects for managing the projects. We can either give you access to this tool to monitor the progress or use the tool you are using

Who do we communicate with?
You will be assigned a point of contact and a backup contact for your project. Additionally, you will have access to the CEO to address any concerns you might have.
How often you communicate with and the tools used?
We use the tools that you are comfortable with. Slack, Skype, Email, Phone, and Various web conferencing tools. The communication frequency may vary by project size or phase. Typically we recommend at least two times a week for scheduled calls. But you can ping us at any time as fast as possible and will never exceed one business day. You may get a response even weekends.
