Executive Summary:
CEI is a Philadelphia based fleet accident management company known for their vision and services excellence, and it’s a record of innovation in fleet accident repair. The company started as a fleet accident management business and later added services like rental vehicles, loss recovery and vehicle re-marketing services to their portfolio. Then the company transitioned to digital technology infrastructure and started offering solutions and applications for fleet driver safety.
The Goal
CEI was planning to launch a new e-Learning program called “DriverCare” one of their flagship products, which focus on online training classes for drivers about fleet management and driver safety. They wanted to have an application compatible with latest smartphones and tablets with an intuitive and appealing UI and an engaging UX. The project was subcontracted to Virtina through an LMS company in the USA.
Challenge
The course materials and modules were scattered in audio, video, image files, and text separately in various file formats. Rest of the content was in basic HTML format, and the client wanted to have all these in one place, organized, redesigned and developed in HTML 5 to suit the latest mobile and web platforms. The client had a specific requirement to ensure the compatibility of the entire course/application with iOs devices like iPhone and iPad and also other browsers.

What Virtina Did
As a pioneer company in website design and development, Virtina had a clear vision in deploying the project from the start to the end.Since it was demanding great skills and effort to redesign and deliver an attractive eLearning platform, we assigned a dedicated team only to focus on this project. Considering the client’s requirements, that the program should flawlessly work on iOS devices we used the platform ‘Adobe Captivate’ to carry out the tasks with precision.

Result
It was a beautifully crafted, intuitive eLearning platform with all the UI & UX elements to simplify the visitor journey on the application. High-Quality video tutorials were delivered in formats compatible for iPhone/iPad with seamless navigation between modules and lessons. It was easier for users to locate and start exploring the topics/ modules of their choice.
