Integrating mobile strategies into customer interactions has become necessary to survive the harsh business competition. With this in mind, Adobe is unveiling new mobile capabilities within Adobe Journey Optimizer, which is in turn powered by Adobe Experience Platform. The latest addition helps brands assimilate real-time customer insights and provide faultlessly tailored buying experiences across the channels. The key capabilities in this release include message designer, personalized in-app experiences, unified real-time customer profile, location-aware triggers, and much more. Through Journey Optimizer, customers can interact with the sellers through text messages, push notifications, or in-app messages, making their shopping experience an easy affair. Conversation API from Sinch, an Adobe Exchange Premier Partner, enables merchants to send personalized SMSs and connect via WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber, and other new-age messaging platforms.
