BigCommerce announced a partnership with British Airways to enhance loyalty. The new initiative called The Wine Flyer is the latest subsidiary of IAG Loyalty (IAGL). This online store is built on the BigCommerce platform and features an eclectic selection of over 140 wines. British Airways Executive Club members can purchase wine, earn IAGL’s global loyalty currency Avios, and later redeem it for wine purchases. BigCommerce Elite Partner Like Digital & Partners created this platform. The store has robust and secure payment processing software called Adyen. Klevu program drives technology to enhance sales and conversion. Content management is made possible through the Shogun software. With this new venture, IAG Loyalty Retail can now provide wine to loyal customers in-house instead of outsourcing the products.
