BigCommerce released financial results for the third quarter (Q3) ending September 30, 2021. BigCommerce established its highest ever 49% year-over-year revenue growth rate, which made it a record breaking quarter, since its inception ten years ago. BigCommerce registered a Third Quarter Total Revenue of $59.3 Million. The rapid growth only reflected the success of the eCommerce platform in serving SMBs, as well as large enterprise businesses. Their Total annual revenue run-rate (ARR) as of September 30, 2021 stood at $253.5 million, which too was a colossal increase of 52% compared to September 2020. Revenue from its US operations grew by 47% and 59% for the rest of the world. In the third quarter, BigCommerce also acquired the data feed management platform called Feedonomics.
