In a power move, BigCommerce launched Open Data Solutions, a product suite of native and outstanding partner data solutions. The tool enables BigCommerce retailers to segregate, analyze, and use online store data to study customer behavior. Big Open Data Solutions is accessible through the BigCommerce Control Panel, and lets retailers use pre-built integrations with Google BigQuery and Twilio Segment to transfer storefront data to a data warehouse or a Customer Data Platform (CDP). CDPs help retailers centralize the data and create a unified customer profile. The native integration to Google BigQuery data warehouse helps merchants consolidate all data into a single location for analytical insights and connect to business intelligence tools to generate customized reporting across customer, order, and product catalog data.
