In an attempt to gain market traction, BigCommerce has expanded its eCommerce horizon to Germany, Mexico, and Spain with offers of localized language, content support, and payments. It marks the platform’s official market entry into the Latin American market. This expansion comes in light of the recent jump in global retail eCommerce sales. With its flexibility and vast partner network, BigCommerce aims to provide local merchants the opportunity to build, grow, and scale their business in the international market. It also allows for marketplace selling to amp up the revenue component. The move would benefit all BigCommerce retailers ranging from small startups to large-scale enterprises, to uncover revenue streams through new sales channels like Instagram Shopping, Google Shopping, and Facebook Shops.
