Renowned Australian express alcohol delivery services brand Jimmy Brings has leveraged BigCommerce’s headless architecture to create a new progressive web app (PWA) storefront. The store also integrates the Elite Partner Deity’s Commerce Composer. The brand is the first-of-its-kind eCommerce platform hosted locally by BigCommerce in that region. The company anticipates that a combination of BigCommerce as the core back-end eCommerce engine and Deity as the commerce partner will help them enhance customer satisfaction. They expect the initiative to bolster customer interaction with the least friction and also gain access to enterprise-class integrations, flexible APIs, and webhooks for an alluring storefront. The shift to PWA brings the app and web solutions together to circumvent regulatory obligations or compatibility issues.
