The UK-based giant global lifestyle brand Ted Baker uses BigCommerce’s transformational multi-storefront (MSF) headless solution to operate multiple unique storefronts to create a tailor-made buying experience. The company is looking to expand globally as a digital-first brand. BigCommerce worked with Wunderman Thompson Commerce to faultlessly integrate Bloomreach’s content management solution and its search and merchandising solution Bloomreach Discovery, into the Ted Baker store interface. The change is expected to drive more impactful, personalized shopping experiences for Ted Baker customers. With the transformation, Ted Baker can now easily handle the global online presence from a single store and streamline back-end workflow. The customer will get to browse in their preferred languages and pay in their preferred currency.
