Tom has worked with many, regional, national companies in multiple industries with local, national and international presence. Tom’s strength is giving his client’s brand a memorable visual voice that directly delivers achieve significant results. His methodology helps the clients businesses to connect with the audience emotionally to attract them and convert them into buyers and influencers.
Some of the core achievements of Tom are: conception and direction for Five SuperBowl campaigns for a national residential builder branding and design of the Citizens Bank Ball Park Concession and Fan Area for Philadelphia baseball team, Phillies, branding and marketing for Balford Farm’s new private label brand – Rosenberger’s, Tastee Apple – the largest caramel apple company in the nation, SB Global Foods – a national and international distribution company, and Al Sears, MD – America’s #1 board certified anti-aging pioneer and helping to launch Tootsie roll worldwide with a remake of their classic How Many Licks commercial.
Tom also has a passion for helping various charities, including the Special Olympics and the people of Haiti. When not working, you can find Tom spending time with his family, playing ping pong or out on the golf course.

Anand Jose has 15 years’ experience in the IT industry which includes 10 years proven track of experience in IT consulting and project management services in the Middle East and Africa. He analyzed a variety of companies’ business processes, regional specific laws, policies and implemented various IT Projects in the region. Anand has worked with a diverse range of companies in the petroleum, banking service, FMCG, construction, manufacturing and hospitality sectors. His customer and service focused consulting practice resulted in a large number of satisfied customers in the industry.
Maurice (Mo) recently joined the Virtina team and is looking to bring his vast business experience to the company. His entrepreneurial mindset will help serve the company well, by generating constant ideas and focusing on assisting current and potential clients.
He is a former professional basketball player, well traveled and accomplished business professional with great Sales, Management, IT and Leadership skills. Equipped with experience in owning and operating a business for 5+ years. His key strengths include networking, relationship building, team/project management, strong problem solving, persistence and decision making capabilities. Other areas of expertise are Sales (B2B), (B2C) and effectively managing a team to reach quotas and gets results.
Maurice has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the John Welch School of Business at Sacred Heart University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his (3) kids. He still remains active due to his competitive nature and constantly pushes himself to be better in all aspects of his life.
Beginning his career in finance, Jim spent over 25 years on Wall Street. For more than half that time, Jim was an owner of a small NYSE member firm. Having been a small business owner himself, Jim understands the challenges a company faces in navigating a changing business environment. He earned an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University (now known as the Stern School of Business) that gave him many tools with which to grow and enhance his business.
Whether during his years in the finance industry, or in recent years in media and energy efficient solutions, Jim always strives to provide his clients with the answers to their problems.
