Virtina won a project from a leading vape supplies company in Australia. They are a mission-driven company that focuses on helping adults find a better alternative for their smoking habits. The company understands everyone's different needs and therefore strives to give an informed and positive vaping experience.
The brand was ready to launch its new website on WooCommerce. But found it hard to coordinate with their in-house team for any assistance on their website. The client wished to tidy up the site and ensure that everything functions correctly, concerning its speed and software. Aside from this, get help on the products bundle plugin.
Outside of this, they wanted the cart set up seamlessly, ensure correct spacing issues on a few of their web pages, and then make the site responsive on mobile and tablets. Besides all this, they wanted help on the WOOF products filter plugin. The paid/full version of the plugin they had didn't function properly. The client also had a hard time making "quick search" work properly. As the same would take ages to load. Also, the fonts appeared different for the checkboxes and radio boxes. They wanted all of it working seamlessly.
The client was facing trouble with their membership programs. Since, some of their products were available to everyone, and the rest were limited to members. The client had issues with its product bundle. As per this, after adding a particular product, members shouldn't get redirected to another page to manually add the next item, which is part of the product bundle. The client feared that a member might not select the correct product, and it's relevant pricing.
The client had an issue with one of their other branded products. The client wished to show a text box on this product that'd allow their customers to add additional requirements (more info). They did not want this product to be visible to the non-members. So, the same had to be restricted to members once they have signed up. But, show no trace of the products to non-members.
The Woo experts at Virtina, were able to accomplish the complex requirements of showing two different products based on the customer being a Member or Non-Member, using a restriction option in membership plugin.
All the issues like, fixing the content spacing issues, ensuring the site responds well on different devices, problems with the Ajax filter and increasing the page speed were correctly sorted. As such, the client received a website that worked flawlessly and exactly as per their requirements.
