Virtina (operated by Milgav Inc.) provides B2B eCommerce and digital transformation services. We may send text (SMS) messages to clients, prospects, and contacts who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from us.
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Virtina at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. How to Opt In

Written Agreement
Signing a statement of work or engagement letter that includes an SMS communication consent clause.
Verbal Consent
Providing explicit verbal consent during a discovery call or consultation, confirmed in writing.
When you opt in, you will receive the following confirmation text from (888) 478-4799:
"Welcome to Virtina SMS! You'll receive project updates, reminders, and support messages from our team. Msg frequency varies (up to 4/month). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
3. Types of Messages You May Receive
Once opted in, Virtina may send the following categories of SMS messages:
- Project Updates: Status updates, milestone completions, and action-required notifications for your active engagement.
- Appointment Reminders: Reminders for scheduled calls, demos, or kick-off meetings.
- Support & Follow-Up: Responses to inquiries, troubleshooting coordination, and follow-ups on open tickets.
- Onboarding Guidance: Step-by-step instructions during the onboarding phase of a new project.
- Promotional Offers: Occasional service promotions, case study announcements, or event invitations (only if you have opted in to marketing messages).
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, or more during active project phases.
4. Opt-Out & Help Commands
You have full control over your SMS subscription at any time. Reply with any of the following keywords:

After texting STOP, you will receive a final confirmation: "You have been unsubscribed from Virtina SMS. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe."
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Virtina does not charge separately for SMS communications.
If you are unsure about your plan's messaging rates, please contact your wireless carrier.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Your mobile phone number and any information you share via SMS are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Specifically:
- We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- Your number is used solely to deliver the SMS communications you have consented to.
- We may share your data with service providers (such as SMS platforms) strictly for message delivery.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the information below.
7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major US carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro PCS, and U.S. Cellular. Carrier support may vary; we are not liable for delays or failures caused by carrier networks.
