The client was showcasing their online goods collection on a WordPress site with a WooCommerce storefront and hosted the same on Bluehost.
The client was having trouble with a redirect issue as a result of a conflict with the theme. Besides this, the shopping cart that was not updating as usual.
On the cart “drop-down” icon at the top of the search page, upon deselecting an item, it remained in the cart. Despite removing the product, it stayed within the cart. Beyond this, the order total wasn’t updating either.
The client couldn’t identify what caused the issue. One of the reasons was not getting proper response/support from either the Bluehost or WooCommerce customer team.
