Virtina won a prestigious project from a premier home improvement company in Plymouth, United States. The company is a manufacturer and distributor of ceiling and wall products. They've been in the business for ten years and offer competitively priced products. The products are known to fulfill every acoustical, decorative, and functional need of users. 

The company sells ceiling products, sanitary items, wall accessories, door fittings, and so much more. The client is the leading brand to offer anything and everything related to indoor enhancements. They provide their services for both residential and commercial properties. 

The client offered their services and products on a WooCommerce website. They wanted to rectify a dynamic pricing issue on their site. This would allow their customers to get their entitled discounts based on their cart's quantity of products. The same was working correctly till an incorrect update ruined everything. 

Their customers could not instantly receive the corresponding discounts for the products they added to the cart. The Woo experts in Virtina narrowed down the cause of the problem to pending WooCommerce plugin updates and a PHP update. 

The dynamic pricing plugin that the client used wasn't updated. The plugin rules that were supposed to offer discounts for certain products did not function. Outside of this, there was another major pending update. All of these pending updates prevented the buyers from getting their discounts.
