Its ability to not soften water and remove the essential healthy minerals in hard water is what made our client the most preferred water solution choice of every customer.
When it came to the task; Virtina was required to add a page between shopping cart and checkout to collect the shopper's e-mail address; something that’d help them nurture abandoned carts. A move purely aimed as a reminder service to the buyers and intriguing prospects who may have left something in their cart. Anything like this, would also help the company to target the same customers with promotions and offers on a later date.
Once implemented from our end, the client was able to collect multiple emails; which when investigated, contained many keen buyers who had forgotten about their cart and upon better suggestions ended up placing orders with the company. What followed was higher sales and as a result better revenue.
