Virtina was awarded a project from a perfume company in Malaysia, having affiliation in Singapore, that offers a wide range of branded genuine perfumes such as Burberry, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, etc. to end consumers at direct wholesale or corporate staff discounted prices. The online store was running on Volusion. The new members that sign up were unable to view their member ID on the My Account Page. However, the owner was able to see the same on their end on the admin dashboard when they logged in with the customer credentials. Another issue they experienced, was that most members were unable to view their reward points on the “MyRewards” page; only being able to see the default points. Virtina was able to identify the core problem; where a new feature coding for login authenticity had overwritten user details leading to wrong reward points getting displayed and once identified worked proficiently to remove the same.
