We typically see most of our clients use our support and maintenance packages to do regular product updates and other content updates to the website. This does not include development of new features and custom coding.

What is covered under Custom Code?

Custom Code covers all technical work that requires new code to be written. This could include development of new template, customization or creation of a new feature, customization of a plugin or extension etc. For custom coding work our team will provide you an estimate of the number of hours required for the work and once agreed, any additional hours required ( that is not covered in your package), will be billed separately at the hourly rate.
