Sunny Domingo approached Virtina to implement specific changes on their store, that was running on Shopify.
The changes were to have a widget and re-position them on site, filter by rate, change the button colors, improve images and a myriad of such issues that prevented the site from taking off and thus limited the sales and revenue of the company.
Challenges:
Some of the challenges that Virtina faced while coordinating with the Client during this project included; integrating high-resolution detailed product images and spreading pictures of various elements on the site; to emphasize on the quality of the goods sold.
The Client requested further tweaks to their original website along with the lines of removing the "Shop Now" button, adjusting the font size and maintaining its uniformity throughout the site, a discount code to be sent immediately to a consumer that subscribes.
The photos of the SKU’s had to be aligned to reflect the overall feel of the site and to stay in sync with the pre-existing layout. One of the pages was to be reserved for displaying images from their Instagram feed.
The client also requested us to add FAQ’s, for any assistance that the customer may require after arrival or after order placement.
Solution:
The brilliant minds at Virtina correctly displayed the product images as per the reference website that was given to us and beyond this aligned the said images on the site, which were then edited meticulously by the designers to ensure it retained its high quality for a professional website’s sake.
The set of images from the collection’s website were edited, enlarged for visibility and then embedded on the site. On the top bar, a subscription banner to their newsletter was displayed to tempt customers into placing orders with the site; it displayed "Get it or regret it. Subscribe and get 25% off your first order."
The Results:
Upon executing the above changes and fine-tuning the company’s website as per their requirements, after the discussions conducted with the astute consultants and developers here at Virtina, the result was a site that was optimized to the current trends and customized to their liking. Changes that were implemented in the form of polishing the product images, alongside improving the symmetry of the overall website; lead to a site that was more streamlined and contemporary.
An immediate consequence of modifying the site was an onset of traffic to their website, which was converting into solid orders and generating the company more and more income. The sales escalated, and the revenue too skyrocketed from then on.
