Virtina was awarded the project from a provider of a wide variety of mobility equipment and accessories for disabled active people. The principal requirement from our side was to build a custom Magento2 theme for the store which is in sync with the category listing page and product detail pages. A multi-currency feature was integrated into the store to show prices in different currencies, which allows the store to show shopper’s chosen currency. Multi-tier pricing enabled, which aids the store to process payments differently for different segments and membership levels. The store also comes with flexible tax rate management for both US and International customers. Salesforce CRM was also incorporated to monitor customer details and other browsing activities. Shopping carts that come with an expiration timer, allowing a product to be locked into your cart for a specific time. Creating a comprehensive solution via POS integration for more efficient business experience, resulting in improved customer experience. Plus with multi-warehouse delivery, they get to store products in multiple locations which makes the shipping faster. The site would also be integrated with UPS Shipment. The payment processor used was Authorize.net, along with a Live chat capability; to enable a fluid flow of conversations with customers.
